Partnering with parents to disciple the next generation.

…but Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 19:14

Jesus Christ died on the cross for sinful people like you, like us, and like our children. In light of that, our primary goal is to partner with you to engage your children with the gospel. We are passionate about helping every child understand the Bible and how each story is connected to the person and work of Jesus with an engaging and age-appropriate approach.

SUNDAYS

  • Pre-K to 5th grade remain with their parents for the first part of the service and are dismissed to Mosaic Kids before the sermon. Babies - toddlers can be checked-in and dropped off before service.

  • Babies - toddlers and PreK - Kindergarten enjoy play time, a gospel-centered story, music time, and a healthy snack.

  • 1st-5th grade students have a bit more of a structured class with a gospel-centered lesson, where they watch a curriculum video, engage in discussions with their teachers and the other kids, make crafts, read the Bible, and pray together.

  • Every volunteer (teachers and assistants) undergoes an extensive background check before being assigned a class or role.

  • Parents and children will go through a check-in and check-out system designed for everyone’s safety.

  • All snacks served in classrooms are peanut free. Children with special dietary needs and/or allergies will be clearly identified and well taken care of by their teacher(s).

Curriculum

The Gospel Project is an engaging, chronological, and Christ-centered curriculum that examines how all Scripture gives testimony to Jesus Christ.

Each and every lesson points to Jesus as the Hero of the story and shows how the gospel transforms our hearts (big and little) and applies to every area of life.

HELPFUL RESOURCES

We strive to provide gospel-centered teaching, resources, and guidance not only to the children directly, but to you as parents, as well. Here are some helpful resources we find ourselves consistently suggesting:

The Jesus Story Book Bible. This book is great for anyone who is young in the faith—children and adults alike. Each story shows how the Bible paints a complete picture of God’s plan of redemption through Jesus in a way that is winsome and helpful.

Theolaby. Developed by Jennie Allen, Theolaby is an innovative and fun resource to fuel your kids' curiosity with engaging tools that give them a big view of God.

The New City Catechism. The New City Catechism is a collection of questions and answers that seek to teach children and people young in the faith the core doctrines of Christianity. Each question has a version that is simplified for children and has an accompanying song to help them memorize the answers.

Kids Read Truth. Great resources for family devotional times. Each study has discussion questions that the whole family can engage in and discuss.

Parenting by Paul David Tripp. Outlining fourteen foundational parenting principles centered on the gospel, Paul David Tripp candidly illustrates how to be freed from the burden of trying to manufacture life-change in our children’s hearts while embracing the grand perspective of parenting with vision, purpose, and joy.
