WELCOME

Happy Mother’s Day! We are so glad you are here to worship with us this morning. And, when we say worship with us, we mean we want you to participate. Sing with us. Pray with us. Listen with us. And if you want to raise your hands or give the pastor an “Amen”, feel free! This is the day the Lord has made, let’s REJOICE!!

Whether Mosaic becomes your church, or you’re just visiting with family, we hope you find worshipping with us to be edifying and gospel-centered!

Call to worship

READING: Psalm 145:17-21 (ESV)

The LORD is righteous in all his ways
and kind in all his works.
18  The LORD is near to all who call on him,
to all who call on him in truth.
19  He fulfills the desire of those who fear him;
he also hears their cry and saves them.
20  The LORD preserves all who love him,
but all the wicked he will destroy.
21 My mouth will speak the praise of the LORD,
and let all flesh bless his holy name forever and ever.

There will be a Member Meeting directly after service next Sunday, May 18th. The meeting will last no longer than 45 minutes and will cover the annual budget, leadership team updates, and introducing new church members!

03. Next Sunday
Next Sunday, we’ll be meeting in the cafeteria one last time this year. Please be sure to enter through the bus loop entrance. The following Sunday, we’ll return to our usual spot in the auditorium.

Hey, parents!

During the break after announcements, stop by the Mosaic Kids tent to pick up a Busy Board for each of your children—it's a great way to help them stay engaged and encouraged during the service.

TODAY’S TEXT

Pastor Greg Brown will continue our series in the book of Ecclesiastes with a message from Chapter 11.

The Lord’s Supper

Otherwise known as Communion, the Lord’s Supper is a time for Christians to remember the death of Christ until he comes again. If you don’t believe in Jesus, you are always welcome at our services, but we ask that you refrain from partaking of the elements (the juice and cracker). This is just for those who are in Christ.

If you are a Christian, and you’re not in unrepentant sin, you are welcome to the Table. The Lord’s Supper is for weary saints, imperfect, but repentant and walking in faith. We believe that God gives sustaining grace through this sacrament to those who partake in faith.

JOIN US NEXT SUNDAY!

We’ll be continuing our journey through the book of Ecclesiastes—a powerful and honest look at life, purpose, and where true meaning is found. Whether you’ve been with us from the beginning of the series or you’re jumping in for the first time, we believe God has something for YOU. We’d love for you to join us and be part of what He’s doing at Mosaic. We hope to see you there!
