Partnering with parents to disciple the next generation.

…but Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 19:14

Jesus Christ gave His life to rescue sinners—people like us, like you, and yes, even our children. That truth shapes everything we do.

At Mosaic, our greatest joy is partnering with parents to help kids encounter the life-changing message of the gospel. We’re passionate about leading every child to see the Bible as one big story that points to Jesus—His love, His sacrifice, and His invitation to follow Him.

Through creative, age-appropriate teaching, worship, and hands-on activities, we aim to make the truth of Scripture come alive—so kids not only learn about Jesus, but learn to love Him.

SUNDAYS

We love Sundays in Mosaic Kids! Our goal is simple: to create a fun, safe, and gospel-centered space where kids can learn about Jesus in a way that’s engaging and age-appropriate.

Here’s what a typical Sunday looks like:

  • Babies – Toddlers (0–2 yrs) can be checked in before the service begins. They’ll enjoy playtime, a short gospel-centered story, and music time.

  • Preschoolers (3–4 yrs) also get dropped off before the service. They have their own fun-filled class with stories about Jesus, music, crafts, playtime, and a healthy (peanut-free) snack.

  • Elementary Kids (5–11 yrs) start the morning in the main service with their parents and are dismissed just before the sermon. In Mosaic Kids, they’ll watch a gospel-based video, talk about the Bible with their leaders and classmates, create crafts, and spend time praying together.

Safety is our priority.
All of our volunteers—teachers and assistants—complete thorough background checks and are trained to care for your kids well. Every child goes through a secure check-in and check-out process, and any allergies or special dietary needs are clearly communicated and carefully honored.

We also want parents to know: you’re always welcome to keep your kids with you in the main service. Whether it’s your first visit or your fiftieth, you get to decide what’s best for your family.

We’ve also created a space just for moms.
If you need a quiet place to feed or change your baby, we’ve got you covered. There’s a designated area where moms can step out, care for their little ones, and still hear the sermon without missing a beat.

Curriculum

The Gospel Project is an engaging, chronological, and Christ-centered curriculum that examines how all Scripture gives testimony to Jesus Christ.

Each and every lesson points to Jesus as the Hero of the story and shows how the gospel transforms our hearts (big and little) and applies to every area of life.

HELPFUL RESOURCES

We strive to provide gospel-centered teaching, resources, and guidance not only to the children directly, but to you as parents, as well. Here are some helpful resources we find ourselves consistently suggesting:

The Jesus Story Book Bible. This book is great for anyone who is young in the faith—children and adults alike. Each story shows how the Bible paints a complete picture of God’s plan of redemption through Jesus in a way that is winsome and helpful.

Theolaby. Developed by Jennie Allen, Theolaby is an innovative and fun resource to fuel your kids' curiosity with engaging tools that give them a big view of God.

The New City Catechism. The New City Catechism is a collection of questions and answers that seek to teach children and people young in the faith the core doctrines of Christianity. Each question has a version that is simplified for children and has an accompanying song to help them memorize the answers.

Kids Read Truth. Great resources for family devotional times. Each study has discussion questions that the whole family can engage in and discuss.

Parenting by Paul David Tripp. Outlining fourteen foundational parenting principles centered on the gospel, Paul David Tripp candidly illustrates how to be freed from the burden of trying to manufacture life-change in our children’s hearts while embracing the grand perspective of parenting with vision, purpose, and joy.
