Whether you're a local business, artisan, farmer, or creator, this is a great opportunity to showcase your passion and connect with Mechanicsville in a festive, family-friendly atmosphere. Guidelines & Expectations:
Mosaic Fall Fest Market is designed to create a family-friendly environment that aligns with our values and statement of faith. All products, materials, and messaging must reflect this purpose. We ask that vendors refrain from selling or displaying items of a political nature, or any merchandise that promotes ideologies or causes not aligned with our Christian beliefs.
Each space is 10 ft. X 10 ft. (multiple spaces may be reserved/purchased) and vendors must provide their own tents/tables/chairs.
Power will not be provided at the event. If a generator is needed, vendors must bring their own and ensure it is safe, quiet, and operational.
Signage must be large, clear, and easy to read. It should prominently display what is being sold or offered.
All vendors are responsible for the collection of any/all sales tax and meeting local license and permit requirements for resale, if applicable. Mosaic Church is not responsible for any licensing or necessary cottage laws for individual vendors.
The market will run from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. All vendors are required to stay for the entire duration of the event. Vendors should arrive in enough time to set up before the event and ensure that they are fully packed up and off the premises no later than 3:00pm.
Vendors are responsible for keeping their space clean and presentable throughout the event.
Vendors are expected to be kind, courteous, and professional towards Fall Fest attendees, customers, fellow vendors, and volunteers.
